How to play Bluff Dice in 3 steps

  1. Everyone rolls dice in secret. Ones are wild.

  2. Raise the bid ("four 3s on the table") or call Bluff! on the last one.

  3. The cups lift, the loser drops a die. Last player with dice wins.

Why it works for teams

A bluffing game with real suspense: every bid is a small drama the whole team watches.
