Questions
Do we need to install a Teams app?
No. TeamBridge runs in the browser. Paste the lobby link in the Teams meeting chat and people open it in a tab, so there is nothing for IT to approve.
Can people join from their phone?
Yes. The link works in any modern browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, so people can stay in the Teams call on their laptop and play on their phone.
Should I share my screen?
You don’t need to: everyone sees the game on their own device. Some hosts share the lobby while people join so the group can see who is in.
How many people can play in one Teams meeting?
It depends on the game. Codenames is best for 4 to 10 people; Fake Artist, Draw Battle and Type Racer work for up to 200. Each card shows the player range.
Are the games free?
Seven games are free to play, including Scribble, Codenames and Two Truths, One Lie. Premium games are included with a TeamBridge pass.
