How to play Office Mole in 3 steps

  1. Everyone gets the same secret brief, except the Mole, who gets a close decoy and doesn't know it.

  2. Take turns posting one-word status updates about your brief.

  3. Vote out the Mole. A caught Mole can still steal the round by guessing the brief.

Why it works for teams
