Player limits and big groups
Every game shows its player range before you start. Fake Artist, Type Racer and Draw Battle take up to 200 people in one lobby; Trivia and Scribble up to 100. A pass covers up to 200 players.
Players join from the link with a name: they don’t need accounts or seats.
What the numbers mean
Players, not accounts
A pass covers up to 200 people playing in your lobbies. They join with a name, so it isn’t a count of employees or accounts.
More than a game takes
The lobby asks before it starts a game with more people than the game is made for. You can still play, but it works best inside its range.
Several rooms at once
Split a big group into breakout rooms with a lobby each. Each lobby needs a host with the pass: you, or a teammate on your team.
More than 200 people
Run several lobbies, or write to us at rob@teambridge.app before your event and we’ll help you plan it.

Questions
How many people can play at once?
Up to 200 players per pass. Fake Artist, Type Racer and Draw Battle take up to 200 in one lobby; Trivia, This or That and Scribble up to 100. Every game shows its range before you start.
Does “up to 200” mean players at once, or people with an account?
Players in your lobbies. Players join with a name and need no account; only the people who host sign up. On an older Team or Company plan, the number is the people on your team (who can host); players in your lobbies are not counted.
We have more than 200 people. Can we still play?
Yes: run several lobbies, one per breakout room, each hosted by someone on your team. Or write to rob@teambridge.app before your event and we’ll help you plan it.
Can 65 people play on the free credits?
Yes, in a free game that takes that many: Fake Artist or Type Racer (up to 200) or Scribble (up to 100). The host needs 1 credit to start.
What if our group is small?
Plenty of games start at 2 players, like Starts With J, Type Racer and Trivia. Each game shows its smallest group too.
